By a mother and daughter who love a good love story.
Ridge & Veil began in a small storefront on Main Street, with two racks of gowns, one tufted settee, and a hand-painted sign. Linda had spent thirty years sewing bridal alterations for friends; her daughter Caroline came home from Nashville with a dream of opening a boutique where every bride — every budget, every shape, every story — was treated like the only one in the room.
Today we welcome brides from across Kentucky, Tennessee, and the lake communities, but the heart of it hasn't changed. The kettle is always on. The pins are always in our pockets. And we still cry, every single time, when she says yes.
